I have a 1999 Elantra that has developed a hesitation when cold. The vehicle has 130,000 miles. When accelerator is applied the engine hesitates, then surges. This occurs most severely when its cold. I have done the following things:
- New plugs and wires
- New fuel filter
- New air filter
- Cleaned the trottle body
- Changed the crankshaft position sensor resolving intermittent
Any ideas?
