when the shift light comes on the engine starts to buck and jump. if you give it more gas it will get going or if you let off it is ok. at high speed you can hear that it is missing. have taken to several different mechanics and have not solved the problem yet. getting expensive! truck has 170,000 miles but is in excellent shape.
