Help! FWD V6 making terrible whine when wheels are turned. Power steering fluid looks like ANTI FREEZE! It is green and looks like antifreeze. The fluid level looks correct. About a month ago, the sterring whined a little and was low on fluid. I added some power steering fluid. A month later it starts whinning again only 10 times louder.
