Elantra accident repair

My niece had an accident and managed to bend the passenger side front wheel into the wheel well. Just enough so that the wheel will not rotate. I jacked the front end up and had a look. The driver's side wheel will rotate freely while in neutral. The passenger's side wheel barely moves. The passenger side (driveshaft???) is up against the shock and appears to be rolling on it when I try to move the wheel by hand. The car starts, but will not move in either direction when I give it gas. Can anyone help me out on how to at least get the car driveable. I'm not sure on how to fix it. The (A frame ???) is bent too.

The unibody that all these parts attach to is probably bent, you need to get this vehicle to a body shop that has a frame rack, or directly to a frame shop, and have them pull it back out. Then once it's OK then replace any bent steering parts and realign it. This is at least a $500 job to have the frame straightened probably more.

Do not screw around with this. A bent frame is weakened at the points it's bent at and can continue to fold up if stress is applied. Once a frame shop has verified the frame is true then you can screw around taking things apart.
