I have a 1991 Honda Accord. I am having problems with it over heating. As far as I can tell neither fan ever turns on ( it has two fans ). One of the fans makes a grinding sound when it tries to turn on but it never turns the fan blades. I was wondering if the two fans are linked somehow and that is why neither of them work or if there is another problem. It sounds like the motor on the one fan is bad. Please let me know any information you might have on this subject. Thanks
