I've owned the above van since it was new. About a year ago, the cover no longer fit tightly on the brake master cylinder. There are four molded plastic fingers on the bottom of the one-piece plastic cover. It appears that the entire cover has expanded with time. Fluid can slosh around inside and then leak outside.
I was told when I had my brakes re-lined that you can't just buy the cover, you'd have to buy and replace the whole master cylinder unit - which would make this a very big job for a defective plastic cover.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
