Walker Sound FX Mufflers

Hey kids,

Anyone here know offhand if a Walker Sound FX Muffler is a "Turbo" type muffler?

My Thrush Turbo has developed a hole and it needs replacing. Summit doesn't seem to carry the same case length anymore that I got last time (20") but the closest thing to it is the Sound FX at 19".

I'm looking for a nice subdued exhaust note without being too loud or raspy sounding. The Thrush was just getting 'burned in' and starting to sound nice. Then it rusted through.

Have you thought about going with a stainless turbo muffler? shouldn't be too hard to find one (Borla for example) although finding one that you want to pay for might be something else entirely.

Shoot. I haven't been able to find a Thrush Turbo anywhere. It fit my Mazda like a glove, so when the input pipe rusted off, we just welded it back on!
