The Klingons said that Earth cars cannot be faster than Warp 5 because humans are inferior to Klingons.

Is that true or can Earth cars drive faster than Warp 5?

Is Warp 9 possible?

I think I was passed by someone on the Washington Beltway who had to have been going at least that fast.
