You can try a heat gun or a hair drier, heat it up until it JUST becomes pliable and work it back into shape.
For any gouges or scratches, you can buy a flex repair compund made by 3M that is used to repair cracks, gouges and smallish-sized gaps (an inch or less across). You can build it up, sand it and paint as required.
It's kind of hard to recommend a procedure without seeing it...
Can't help with the plastic but did you manage to buy an '05 GTS somewhere and if so, would you mind sharing the approximate price?
