Can anyone tell me where this sensor is located? The Haynes manual says it is suppose to be around the coolant inlet at the top passenger side of the engine, but I don't see it there. There is a sensor I can see mounted on the thermostat water inlet pipe down below, but I'm not sure if that is it or that is a switch for the hydraulic cooling fan. I got a new Toyota OEM sensor which is a 19mm socket size. It does not match any of the sensors located on the coolant outlet manifold. Maybe I got an ECTS for a 4 cyl. by mistake?
