This pickup has a sensor in the exhaust and in front of the CC. The studs holding the sensor flange are rusted off~ Help with suggestions....

You either need to drill the old bolts out and re-tap the holes or replace the exhaust. If you replace the exhaust you should spend the extra money on a set of headers for a little more horsepower and better gas mileage.
