If it is mold, give it a wipe with a bleach solution, but not enough bleach to either damage the leather or rot the stitching.

Lexol is the best easy-to-find leather product I've used. Harness Honey is the best, but hard to find, product I've used.

Lexol's vinyl coating is better than ArmorAll, but not as good as 303.
