Flapping/Knocking noise in passenger foot heat vent

03 Tacoma. Usually when the truck is cold and the temps are cold, I turn on the fan, a noise comes from below in the passenger heat duct down on the floor. Once the truck warms up, the noise usually disappears. It also changes pitch depending on the vibe from the truck, usually when in different gears. Any ideas?
