Obviously my ISP is EARTHLINK. I noticed that some messages didn't have their ISP next to "organization" on the heading. How do I hide my ISP information next to "organization" on the heading of my messages?

Many mail/news reader programs let you customize your "identity" in their user preferences menu. You can fill in all the above fields as needed. It may be that your ISP supplies a customized mail/news reader and it has some of those items hard coded.
