Hey All, Sorry for the ruckus caused. Mr. T. Rogers is right about my not contributing much - there are usually people in the group much more qualified to answer the technical questions than I. I have been around the group for probably 7 or 8 years and sometimes get away from it for awhile but always come back and check it out now & again.Some of the OT stuff can be quite entertaining. Does John Henry write any more? That guy sure put a lot of time into the hobby (and this group)! As far as these auctions being a side business, no definitely not. It is not at all profitable doing it this way, I just enjoy computers and the Internet and this kind of gives it some purpose (you can look at my feedback, probably sold around 6 or 7 items and bought 10 or 11 items). Now I remember, decided to sell a few things to help finance my purchases! Bidding on e-bay can be a lot of fun and kind of addictive too! When you consider time invested in making up the pages, posting the pages, the fees paid to everyone involved, collecting shipping materials, taking the stuff to the post office, etc., etc. it isn't a money maker (in fact it can become a headache).
