Okay, does anyone on this group have a 57-63 VW bug with a sliding vinyl or canvas sunroof? If so, could you get the rough exterior width and length measurements of the canvas/vinyl top? I was told these were made by Golde and may be the same as the german sunroof Studebaker installed during 1961-63. I have one of these Studebaker equipped cars and if it is indeed the same as the VW ones it sure would be nice as I could get a new top cheaply through VW suppliers.
