1989 Pontiac GTA 5.0 liter... Engine hard starting! When running the idle pulses high -then low as the vehicle is running.?

Engine starts hard. When running the idle pulses high/then low. Fuel filter ,plugs, wires, distributor, coil, Mass air flow sensor all new . Injectors replaced by dealer. Fuel pressure seems to read OK at manifold... What is the problem?
