under $10k?...i say buy...what color? does it have the brushed aluminum (sp?) trim inside?

I have the same car and it's been very good to me.
If you don't need the AWD don't get it. If I were to do it all over again I would get the V70 T5, it's faster(lighter), better on gas and you won't have the added expense of repairing the AWD. Just get snow tires in the winter.
It's silver, still waiting to go see it. Only damage apparently is a 3" or so bang on the hood so that would be a new hood and paint to fix....but if I drive fast enough nobody else will notice it. :)
nice...the v70r wagon is (imho) one of the nicest, fastest volvos avail today...if you can snap one up, in good condt, for < $10k...you should be "in the money" from the get go...good luck !!
ps: post some pict, if you get it...and please advise us of the 0 - 60 time ;-) ....
