I have a 99 V70. My check engine light has been on, and indicates an error code of "p0130." This says it is the Bank 1, sensor 1 oxygen sensor. Is this the front or rear oxygen sensor?

That's the front. Bank 1 sensor 2 is the rear. You have no "bank 2".
