I'm wanting to measure the duty cycle on my Idle air control valve. (95 Jetta) All it says in the book is to hook it up. Anybody know exactly how the leads go? I'm gonna take a guess if no one can help, signal in wire + battery ground? Stop laughing! I said it was a guess. Any help is appreciated.
