Car was purchased by me last year and completly brought back to full spec, list of work to completed to date:
motor was recently replaced with a 92 Golf GTI 8v engine- motor had 100,000 Miles on it so we decided to rebuild it before installing it
new rings, full head re and re (replaced valve seals,lapped, guides checked , hot tanked , checked for cracks and resurfaced)
All new gaskets, head bolts and seals
New Thermostat
New timing belt
Tranny flush and filter kit (last summer)
new pads all around (4 wheel disc, last summer)
Painted summer of last year (dark green)
euro round 4 lamp conversion kit (GTI 9004 Spec)
new tires last year
New Bosch Starter with relay kit installed- 5 year warranty, have receipt
New left rear strut (last week)
New Windshield Washer motor

Automatic 3 speed with 129,000Km's on the body, 100Km's (one hundred) on rebuilt engine (installed 2 weeks ago) Power locks, mirrors and windows Heated Seats and mirrors Air Conditioning Power Steering
4 Wheel Disc brakes Tinted Windows Moonroof Multi function dash indicater- oil temp and outside tempThe only thing that doesn't work it the cruise control
All options work (minus cruise) , air blows ICE cold still running r12, excellent heating.
Was safetied last year, looking for $3500 safetied or closest offer. Car has been etested and should pass safety without issue. This car is a solid runner and will last for years.
