Jetta IV Rear Bushing

My 2001 Jetta VR6 (only 30K miles) needs a rear axle beam bushing, but VW only sells them as part of the ENTIRE rear axle beam assembly! I would like to replace the rubber part with an aftermarket urethane bushing. Any ideas/sources?

And, oh, I have found the FRONT suspension to be, uh, fragile, especially while shod with the 17' wheels from my factory option "Sport Suspension" package. I replaced the wheels with 15x7 inchers, replaced tie rods, other stuff, and still need frequent alignments. Newly installed Bilstein SP ($$) improve the ride, but things are still too jiggly for a "driver's car." Anybody have similar stories?

At about 45K my bushings needed replaced on my 95 VW Jetta III. I'm not sure if it is the same suspension but Goodyear was happy to replace my bushing for for $150ish w/labor. They didn't need to replace my entire axle.
