does anyone know how to install a new license holder onto the front bumper for a 2000 new beetle? Just picked up a replacement part at the dealers and it appears to be some type of push on part.

I don't have a NB but I have a Eurovan that I used the NB frame on. you position the holder on the bumper, mark the holes' position, drill holes (choose a drill bit just slightly smaller than the pegs' size) through the cover, push frame on, then insert screws that spread the pegs apart.
