my camaro is giving me trouble

I have a 1994 z28 with less than 31,000 miles. I have 2 problems which mechanics have "thought" they have fixed- first, the left turn signal keeps blowing- I think it is a relay or short problem. I can make the front light blink by moving the turn stick up and down, but not the rear light.

Second, whenever I turn on the air- the engine makes a high pitch squealing noise and then the car dies if I don't turn the air off fast enough. I think it is a compressor issue.

Does anyone know how much it would cost to fix these to issues if you can identify what is wrong with it cause I want to sell this car AS IS.

Thank you!

The rear light could be a ground issue. As for the air conditioning, it sounds like a frozen compressor to me, a mechanic worth paying should be able to figure that out pretty quickly. If the mechanics you went to got lost on those two items, I would find a real mechanic to take it to.
