oil consumption and fouling plugs on cylinders 4 and 6

'97 GMC Z71 - 350 - any suggestions on what is causing the fouling of the plugs - looks like oil on the plugs - had been running valvoline - switched to quaker state - I change the oil regularly - tried different plugs - tried different distributor - 157k miles on the motor

Likely the valve seals.
