I've notice my car vibrates, it occurs when i get up to about 40 or so, i know my transmission is about to shift, and i slowly ease of the gas, in the midst of shifting my car vibrates. Any thoughts?

You don't say what vehicle it is "93 V8" must not be an Explorer SUV as they didn't have a V8 in '93
At any rate sound like torque converter shudder, change the auto transmission fluid.
