The ECM controls the fuel pump through a relay, could be the relay, wiring, ECM. Just remember it will only energize for about 3 seconds when you turn the key on. Or when you are cranking the engine. First thing to check is all the fuses.

Check fuses in the fuse panel under dash, also look for a small black ground wire near the battery with a connector on it. If you find it clean the connector, check the rest of the wire for corosion from the battery. Check for spark while cranking.
