HR # ?

Sometime ago a House Resolution was put before Congress, by the automakers, that would deny access to repair information on new cars. I'm pretty sure it was passed...I want to see how my Representative voted on this, but I can not recall the HR#. Anyone know the # ? Thanks. Dave S Texas
