Rebuild specs for a 460 FI

It appears I have to pull my engine that runs really good, but has 120K miles on it. I have one head that may be bad, and don't want to work on it in the truck.

In any case, if I pull the engine, I'd like to go ahead and tear it down and install some performance parts.

My first question would be what cam range I should investigate. I have the EO4 tranny, rebuilt, and pull a 7k lb trailer. I'm wanting most of my torque to start at idle and max out at about 60 MPH, I have 4:10 RE. .It's a 1994, and it needs to smog. I've done head work in the past, and other than bronze guides, any other ideas? A header system is in the works too, Banks or Thorley.

I've also considered just haveing a built engine shipped to me...........any ideas for a good shop?

TIA

VV

Limit effective duration to about 270 degrees tops with 260 even better. As far as headers, Throley TrY hands down.
