MESSAGE CENTER BATTER LIGHT ON ON 2002 IMPALA

MY 2002 IMPALA, WITH THE 3.4 ENGINE HAS HAD THE BATTERY LIGHT ON FOR SEVERAL MONTHS. ALTERNATOR TESTS FINE, BATTERY DID TOO, BUT WAS MARGINAL SO I REPLACED IT.
THE CAR IS CHARGING 14.3 VOLTS, WITH MINIMAL LOADS, AND 14.2 WITH EVERYTHING ON. STARTS RUNS AND DRIVES FINE, BUT I DONT TRUST IT. MY LOCAL DEALERS CANT FIGURE IT OUT. I HAVE FOUND THAT DISCONTECTING THE GROUND FROM THE BODY TO THE NEG TERM ON THE BATTERY WILL CAUSE THE LIGHT TO GO OUT BRIEFLY, SO I REPLACED THE CABLE. NO CHANGE, I ADDED SEPERATE GROUNDS TO THE BODY AND THE MOTOR, WITH NO CHANGES. ANY SUGGESTIONS???

Did your local dealers have it in their shop diagnosing it?
