300E(w124) tire sizes for 7x15 wheels(JRD)

On holiday in Malaysia now, picked up a set of JRD p,silver alloy wheels supposedly for MB 124 series with the following description. From this site,it seems that offset 37 is okay (as opposed to the stock of 48) wheels:

15x7 JJ:does it mean J on mounting on both sides of lips? 5 holes offset 37 pcd 112 Hole sizes 66.5(what does it mean?) JIL(what does it mean, some kind of Jpanese standard?guessing)

Initailly wanted these for winter tires but since they are newer than than the stock by 11 yrs,may use them as summer rims too.

What size tires would compliment these wheels,

195/65/15(stock size) 205/60/15 or 215/60/15 Anybody used these wheels before? Thanks in advance for advice/
