That's what happens when Sarah Czepiel infests your group, sadly. She's a toxic troll, totally destroys anything that she goes near. My heart goes out to you Kate, it really does, but while she's around your group is basically toast. I've tried to confine her activities to her "home" group, alt.bipolar, but she just won't sit there I'm afraid.

There has been more then one intelligently and elegantly written e-mail to his providers with detailed examples of his activities.
