After an accident the filler nozzle of the LPG tank was removed and then placed back. There is now a small patch of rust underneath the paint right below the bottom of the filler nozzle. This is the only patch of rust on the entire 1999 Camry. Dealer says it has nothing to do with the damage repair because in 6 months you cannot get rust underneath your paint. True or false?
