I installed a used 1985 chevy Blazer, I do not seem to be getting very good gas mileage. The motor is 2.8 V-6 which should get good gas mileage. Any suggestions as to what could be causing this?

Start out with a fresh tune up (wires, plug and clean carb) and check engine timing too.
