How many miles are on it? Is your pinging sound similar to a marble in a tin can or more of a loose piece of metal or hanger viberating?
It has 55k, miles , sounds like a rock in a tin can, if i tap on the converter with a small hammer, it go`s away for awhile,but starts back up every time i start the truck,
