another heater and defrost ?

1997 350 auto. ? #1 Does coolant flow through the heater core at all times when the engine is running?

? #2 I am missing the nylon/ plastic link and 2 springs between the defrost damper and the motor controller. Will a dealer sell just these parts.



? # 3 Where is the steering sensor located and how difficult is it to change?

Since #1 was answered...

#2 The dealer should still be able to get these parts. I personally would check a local yard first, as these type of parts (small, yet important) tend to be the expensive ones.
