improve fuel mileage by 10 mpg and a 20% increase in horse power whith out using a chip?

Recently i have found out something that made my duramax diesel go from

21.54 mpg to 30.98 mpg and got power that is phenominal! and to my amazment it quit smokeing in the morning while cold after starting it. would you like to know how to do this? i will be happy to share with everyone, but for now i'll have to hold off for a bit.

In 1969, I replaced my spark plugs with SA Fire Injectors, that promised a

25% increase in fuel mileage. The next weekend, I installed a tapered venturi throttle spacer that promised a 20% increase in fuel mileage. Next I changed the oil using Slick 50 that promised a 15% increase. A new hi perf air induction system promised a 30% increase in fuel mileage. When I installed the Magnetic fuel atomizer, the damn gas tank started running over. I was able to quit my job, and now sell gasoline to Exxon. No shit!! H

Thank you daytona i have been trying to tell people about this and everyone is a cynic which i dont blame people for being that way because i was the same way. actually it is a product that my diesel mechanic brought to me and said try some and if you dont see results ill give you a hundred dollars so i said sounds like an easy bet, needless to say i lost the bet. General haig is going to be doing a presentation in june on CNBC world wide. this stuff works in gas or diesel engines, my old man farms up here in north dakota, any way he has been using it in his john deere 9400 which has triples on it, this thing burn 200 gallons every 12 hours he told me that the last time he checked he was saving 2 gallons an hour which is huge for him. what i would like to see is more people using the product, it saves on mileage they gauruntee it, reduces emissions up to 80%, and gives up to a 20% power boost in diesel engines, who in their right mind wouldnt want to use it, the city of dallas uses it in all city vehicles, the us government has been using it for over 9 years. i dont know what to say i just wish people kept an open mind because it actually works, there are people all around here using it and saving money. thank you

Slick 50! I put that crap in my car and had all sorts of problems. The first thing I noticed is my mileage went way up while it was in the trunk on the way home from where I bought it. Then I put it in the engine. Big mistake. I would come home from work and shut it off and after I was finished with supper and washed up I would go outside and see if the engine quit spinning. It would spin for hours with the ignition off. And, if I parked on a hill and left it in first gear the car would just roll away. No friction. Drained it out and went to back regular oil. Took a few weeks but my friction finally came back.

Yeah..well then here's another secret..move outta Calif where we pay more than anyone else for crappy gasoline that gets 10-20% worse mileage than the fuel in other states

Everyone is always looking for a magic cure. Detriot spends hundreds of millions of dollars certifing engine for emissons and the after market spends zero dollars certifying their products. They usually market them through the "off road" clause that lets them legally sell them. If it was possible to tune in much better MPG AND emmisions detriot would have done it years ago. In theory a gas engine has a maximum effeciency of close to 30% and a diesel close to 38 percent. There is about 107,000 to 123,000 BTU?s in a gallon of gas (depending on mix with gas with alchol being the lowest) and about 140,000 BTU?s in a gallon of diesel. (there is approx 2500BTU in a HP too) This heat energy is converted to work. There is no magic add on that will increase the heat contant of fuel to add energy to it to decrease the amount of fuel required to run it. It takes "X" amount of HP to move you truck down the road and that amount is controled by speed, weight, load and drag and factored with fuel energy content and engine efficency. Any gains that are achieved with efficency improvemnts but they rarely go hand in hand with emmissions and must still follow general engine efficency theories too. The general public wants to believe in magic cures so they tend to "eat them up"

I believe they oxygenate the fuel there with additives and that reduces heat content of fuel and therefore your mileage too. They used to do that in Denver during summer months and I am not sure if they still do there now.
