94 chevy truck: When ignition is turned on a loud repetitive thumping noise comes from under the right dash. Thumping sound repeats when the ignition is turned off. Happens the same every time ign. turned on/off. Started shortly after replacement of heater coil assy. Is this possibly a trapped hose? Or something else.
