I had the switch replaced. Stll came on!! Retuned to dealer they said they had to reset it. But "IT STILL COMES ON" !! Any ideas?

I had the switch replaced but the light still came on . Took back to dealer they reset the service program but the "Service 4X4" still shows as a message. Frustrating!
