Mileage at 43,000

On very cold mornings (frosty -5c) my coolant temp warning (thermometer over rippling pond) comes on for about 5 miles.

Rad reservoir is at correct level, fanb belt fine, water temp comes up to

90C, no bad sounds from anywhere and no problems. Engine runs smooth.

Could it be a sender (electrical) problem
