Navi Plus fron A8 in 2001 A4 possible?
I have a navi plus unit from an AUDI A8
Is it possible to built it in an AUDI A4 from 2001?
I knmow that the front is a little different, but that can be altered.
Wil it electrically funtction properly with the software aon the can bus of the A4 2001?

You will need a TMC/Canbus gateway module to interface between the Nav+ and the car, but yes, it will work.
If the A4 is equipped with DIS (FIS), then that would allow you to get radio and navigation infirmation displayed in the instrument cluster.
