Don't get your alt.vegan.panty wearing, top-posting ass up in the air, Katie. Full quoting can be bad, full quoting spam is unequivocally bad, and explaining that you "just hit reply, typed, and sent the message" while cross posting to half a dozen newsgroups doesn't exactly add to your cluefull quotient.
If you don't understand what the problem is, than you don't need to be posting in Usenet, especially about how other people post in Usenet.
