So -- I think my IHKA is bad again... (it previously drained the battery in less than 2 days).
The battery was dead after 4 days of sitting...
Fuse 17 was blown the other day... Which seems to control an aweful lot of stuff....
That valve thing (heater control valves?) next to the fuses is making a LOT of noise when the key is on; it was doing this the last time too.
Now, the fan comes on & off at random times; sometimes it'll only come on when on the "full on" indent. Other times not at all; sometimes perfectly "normally".
Got any ideas?

Amps across fuses are zero unless otherwise noted values are miliamps
#1 .12 #7 .11 #10 7.4 #11 .02 #19 .01 #20 127.1 (NOTE: Started out at over 358, then settled down and remained steady)
23-28 all had .01The .01's all "wavered" from 0 to .01.
