The pump could be heard when the wiper/washer lever was pulled but nothing came out. When the hood was raised, water drips out the back of the hood. I removed the insulation inside the hood and found the plastic T with check valves had separated in two pieces. Replaced it with a plain 1/4 plastic T from local auto parts store and its working fine now. Some of the plastic screw/clip things holding the insulation on needed replacing too.
