Ok. The battery issue was resolved, but now I have a separate issue.

How do you get the RADIATOR GRILLE out?

I?m trying to take out the plastic crome radiator grille. I removed the side lamps and the top clips holding the grille but?.

...the bottom clips will just NOT come out.

After pulling with a lot of force I managed to remove one of the 3, the one on the passenger side. However the driver side and the center one will just not come out. I already pulled hard. If I pull any harder I?ll break them. I even tried to pry them loose using a screwdriver as a lever but the metal started bending and they still won?t come loose.

I need to get the grille out to remove the headlamp. I just replaced the light bulb last week with a Nissan bulb (the previous one had burned out) and the new bulb just belw up after no more than 2 hours of operation (!?) and the broken glass is now scattered inside the headlamp.

I may not be able to help, but on my 97 PU, there are (5?) plastic clips that hold the top of the grill in. The bottom has plastic pins molded into the grill that drop into mounting holes. Once I remove the upper clips, I have to lift the grill off those bottom mounts and it comes right out. I got tired of taking the grill out to change the lamp, so I bought non-sealed beam headlights. Now, I only have to reach behind the lamp and pull the bulb out to replace it.
