how do you set the time on a 99 Cadillac Catera with a 3.0 engine

If it has a factory bose radio, there should be a rocker switch on the right side of the radio display the has hr/min above and below it. Push and hold the upper for hour change, lower for minute change. I don't think radio on or off makes a difference.
