my fore and aft seat motor on drivers seat has locked up. Is there a way to take track apart, remove the motor and turn worm gear to get seat moved? Have a bad hip and seat locked in forward position. Or are all the motors alike? If the seat has to come out can I switch motor positions? Thanks

Two common problems.
One - Bad seat adjustment switch. Two - Power connector under the seat has melted or has a broken wire.
Both are common and both will stop the seat from working.
The motors are unique and from the book it looks like you cannot replace just the motors. You have to replace the seat actuator frame.
