1991 Silverardo Extended Cab Brakes are pulling.

Pads and rotors seem ok, didn't look at the rear drums. Pulls to the right progressively worse the harder you press the brake pedal.

Inspect left front brake hose...might be restricted/plugged.! They are cheap enough, might as well replace both fronts.

Try using your parking brake-if it pulls while using it, look at your rear brakes. Cam

Troy,

It's either the front-left flex hose has collapsed on the inside, or the caliper is shot/guide pins frozen. I'd look to the caliper first. Generally, the flex hose problem causes brakes to drag, as they allow high pressure fluid into the caliper, but have problems getting the fluid back out under lower pressure conditions.

ON my 92 c1500, it pulled to the left, the higher the speed the greater it would 'jump' left. Quite dangerous, I got used to turning the wheel slightly right when braking. When I finally pulled off the right flex hose, I could not blow thru it. the left hose was unrestricted. After thinking about it for a while, I am thinking that one time or another, I might have left the caliper slip and fall, twanging the brake hose and perhaps damaging it then when I replace pads several months before this happened. then it took me quite a while to rid myself of the habit of turning right when braking. Back to normal now. I think my R hose was restricted, and only high pressure pushed thru and fed the fluid to the calip, by this time the left side was acting normal which caused me to go left. Mike
