I have a 1994 Silverado 5.7L V8 2WD with Rear AC and Blower not working. Rear Condenser is working and I am getting 12-13 VDC from the rear Blower Leads. It's seems I'm not getting enough amps to run the motor but have voltage. What resistant is on that's keeping the blower off ?? Your reply is appreciative..
