Your truck has several drain plugs, which one are you talking about?

But they all loosen by turning counter clock wise, no? ;-)
Brian
about?
Maybe he's upside down and he is turning it the wrong way. Or maybe he's not very strong. Better have a good solid drive on that plug and make sure you're holding it at 90=B0. And given the problem, better also have some options sitting there next to you like an over size plug or a rubber plug. You can do it with leverage or you can do it with impact, but if you are asking the direction for lefty-loosy, you should not be under there.
Ya doc give the guy a break LOL lefty loosey righty tighty

Six-point socket and an impact set on 'ultra-twist'
it will either spin out or twist out..............
Might be one of those bolts that take a left-handed crescent wrench! ;-) He might want to check the muffler bearings while he's under there, too!

Yeah I know, just messing with him, he he he. According to a few on here I'm a chronic malcontent/d*****ad, just had to uphold the reputation...........
Doc
>Fill the blinker fluid as well.............
Radiator???
don't forget the dipstick lube
LOL doc you got me with the radiator! Hahaha good one!!!
Great! I'm not alone here! LOL
Brian
Yup, I'm purty sure it's got one.
no> Radiator???
I can't believe the number of inept responses to use an impact gun on a drain plug. I guess if you like pulling engines to change oil pans when the threaded boss breaks free of the pan it's an idea. Whitelightning
